Booking Policy
Please review the following terms before confirming your journey. These conditions cover availability, cancellations, airport waiting time, charges, and passenger responsibilities.

Cancellation Policy
Local bookings must be cancelled at least 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Long-distance bookings must be cancelled at least 3 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Late cancellations may be subject to a charge.

Waiting Time
Waiting time may be charged if the driver is required to wait longer than expected.

Airport Pickups
Airport pickups include 1 hour free waiting time from the flight landing time. After the first hour, £10 will be charged for every additional 30 minutes.

Airport Charges
Airport drop-off fees and parking charges are not included in the quoted fare and will be added to the final price where applicable.

Passenger Responsibility
Passengers are responsible for ensuring the correct pickup and drop-off details are provided when booking.

Damage or Cleaning
Any damage caused to the vehicle or excessive cleaning required may result in additional charges.

Safety
Passengers must wear seatbelts at all times and follow UK road safety regulations.

Payment
Payment must be made at the end of the journey unless otherwise agreed.

Right to Refuse
The driver reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who behave in a dangerous, abusive, or illegal manner.
